Here's what we expect:
- 1,500+ words of original, unpublished content with clear and valuable information.
- Actionable steps with examples, screenshots, and clear tips.
- 2-3 internal links to relevant articles from the Automaio resources or blog posts. If appropriate, internal links can also include articles from our other blogs:
- Vanila blog (focused on web development, technology, and business).
- Wireflow.co blog (focused on UI/UX design and prototyping).
- Outbound links to credible sources only (DR 60+). Avoid competitor links.
- A friendly tone—keep it conversational, not too formal.
What we don’t accept:
- Previously published or recycled content.
- Sales-driven or overly promotional articles.
- Affiliate links or links to industries like gambling or crypto.
- Low-quality external links (these will be removed).
How to Structure Your Post 📝
- Table of Contents: Lists key sections to help readers navigate the post easily.
- Short Intro: 150 words to introduce the topic and grab readers’ attention.
- Headings and Subheadings: Organize content to make it easy to scan.
- Short Paragraphs and Concise Sentences: Enhance readability.
- Conclusion: Provide actionable takeaways or final thoughts to wrap things up.
Submission Guidelines 🛠️
- Format: Submit your article as a Google Doc with public sharing enabled.
- Visuals: Include relevant images or screenshots—AI-generated visuals are welcome.
- Links: All included links must be from domains with a minimum DR 60.
What to Expect After Submission ⚙️
- Submission Review: Once you submit your draft or fully finished article, we’ll review it and provide feedback.
- Editing and Comments: If changes are needed, we’ll add comments and suggestions directly to your document for collaboration.
- Final Approval: After we agree on the final version, the article will be scheduled for publication.
- Publishing: Your article will go live within 1-2 weeks.
Ownership and Credit 🎉
- All guest posts will be published under our author profile, and contributor bios will not be included.
- You’re welcome to republish the article on your site—just include a backlink to the original post on Automatio blog.
- We reserve the right to make minor edits for clarity, grammar, or SEO.
