Open connector settings
In Claude, go to
Customize>Connectorsand select+ Add, then clickAdd custom connector. - 2
Enter server details
Enter a name like Automatio and the address
https://automatio.ai/api/v1/mcp, then clickContinue. - 3
Choose connection method
Select sign-in (OAuth) for the standard five tools or use an API key in
Request headersfor the full set, then pressAdd. - 4
Activate in chat
Start a new chat, click the
+icon, selectConnectors, and switch the Automatio toggle to on.
What you get
Claude will call the Automatio tools to retrieve real-time web data or crypto prices. You will see ranked titles, snippets, and page content formatted as markdown in the chat window.
Check the credit cost reported at the end of the response to track your daily limit. Verify that links are relevant to your request before relying on the summaries.

No, sign-in connections only provide search, page reading, screenshots, and crypto data. To use the wider tool set like Reddit or X, you must connect using an Automatio API key.
How do I change my daily credit limit?
The daily limit for a sign-in connection is chosen during the initial consent screen. To change it, you must revoke the connector under Integrations in your Automatio account and connect it again in Claude.
Will Claude see my private Automatio data?
Claude cannot see your Automatio chats, files, or saved keys. It can only call the specific tools you allowed during setup.
