Continue a web chat with Automatio for Telegram
Switch between your computer and your phone by picking up existing web conversations in Telegram. Use a simple command to pull up your recent history and continue the task using your same agent and tools.

How it works

Link your account
Go to Automatio Integrations, select the Telegram tile, and click Connect to open the bot with a one-time link.

Fetch your history
Type
/chatsin your private chat with the bot to see a list of your five most recent conversations from the web app. - 3
Select a chat
Tap the button corresponding to the chat you want to continue; the bot will then load that specific context and history.

Send a message
Type your follow-up message or upload a file up to 20 MB to resume the task using your agent's current model and tools.
What you get
The bot resumes the conversation exactly where you left it on the web. It uses the same chat history, connected apps, and files to provide a response.
You will see a status message updating you on the tools being used. Every reply includes an Open in Automatio button so you can jump back to the web interface whenever you choose.
Good to know
- Canvas chats cannot be continued from the Telegram bot.
- Only the five most recent chats are visible through the chat selection buttons.
- Each run requires your Automatio account to have at least 100 credits.
- Results from background tasks or scheduled automations are not sent to the Telegram chat.

Can I see all my past conversations?
The Telegram bot shows only the five most recent chats when you use the /chats command. To access older history, you must use the Automatio web app.
Do files I upload on the web show up here?
The bot has access to the chat history and the files you previously uploaded to that specific conversation. However, it only supports certain formats like PDF, JPG, and CSV, and cannot open Word or Excel files.
Does continuing a chat cost extra?
There is no flat fee to continue a chat, but every message you send uses your Automatio credits for the agent's work. Generating images or videos within that chat will also cost additional credits based on your plan.
What happens if I start a Canvas chat on the web?
Canvas chats are not supported in the Telegram bot at this time. You will need to continue those specific tasks within the Automatio web app.
