Attach a PDF to the Automatio bot in a private chat and ask for a summary in the caption. You get a text response with the main points, which you can also open in the web app.

How it works

Connect your account
Go to Integrations in Automatio, select the Telegram tile, and tap Connect to open the bot with a one-time link.

Start the bot
Tap Start in Telegram within 10 minutes to link your accounts and confirm the connection.

Upload your PDF
Attach a PDF file up to 20 MB in a private chat with the bot.

Add your instructions
Type your request for a summary in the message caption and send it.

What you get

The bot updates you with a Working on it message that shows the time elapsed and tools used. Once finished, you receive the summary as a text message with bold or italic formatting and fixed-width tables. You can click Open in Automatio to view the full chat on your dashboard. If the agent needs to confirm a plan or a risky action, it will present buttons like Approve plan or Reject for you to tap.

Good to know

PDF files must be 20 MB or smaller.
You can attach up to 5 files per message.
Word and Excel files are not supported.
You need at least 100 credits in your Automatio account to start the run.

What does it cost to summarize a PDF?

Tasks cost credits based on the AI model you chose in your account. You need at least 100 credits to start any request, and summarizing a large file will consume credits according to the agent usage.

Is my document data private?

Automatio only receives the files and messages you send to the private chat. These files are stored in your Automatio account and are not used to train AI models.

Can I summarize a Word or Excel file?

The bot does not accept Word or Excel files today. You should convert those documents to PDF or CSV before sending them to the bot for summarization.
