Generate images with Automatio for Discord

Ask your personal AI agent or the server helper to create images from your text descriptions. You receive the generated visual directly in your conversation, whether you are in a DM, a group chat, or a community server.

What to ask

Send it with /ask in Discord, or type it in the Automatio chat. Send it as written, or change the details to fit your case.

/ask create a detailed digital painting of a cozy cabin in a snowy forest during twilight, with warm light glowing from the windows and a purple sky.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add Automatio to Discord

Visit the Integrations page on the Automatio website to link your account and add the user app to your Discord profile.

  2. 2

    Run the ask command

Type /ask in any chat and enter your image description in the prompt field to use your own account credits.

  3. 3

    Enable the helper tool

If you want members to generate images, the server owner must enable the image generation tool for specific roles in the helper settings.

  4. 4

    Receive your visual

Wait for the agent or helper to post the image response directly in the channel or DM where you made the request.

What you get

The agent or helper replies with the generated image based on your text prompt. The visual appears as a standard message attachment in your current conversation. For personal requests using the /ask command, the image remains private to you unless you chose the public reply option or are in a shared server channel. You should check that the image accurately reflects your description before you share it, as the AI creates it from scratch each time.

Good to know

  • Generating images costs more credits than standard text-only replies.
  • The server owner must manually enable the image generation tool before the helper can create pictures for members.
  • Pictures provided to the helper must come from Discord as the AI does not store external files.
  • Members are limited to 15 helper replies per day by default unless the owner raises the server cap.

Variations to try

Helper mention request

@Automatio generate a realistic photo of a vintage camera sitting on a wooden table with a soft bokeh background.

Right-click generation

Public server request

/ask generate a 3D isometric icon of a floating island with a waterfall, set the public reply option to True.

Questions

Who pays for the images members generate?

The server owner pays for any images created by the helper using their own Automatio credits. Members do not need their own Automatio account to use the helper if the owner has enabled the image tool.

Are the generated images stored by Automatio?

Automatio does not store the pictures sent to or created by the helper. It only reads recent messages in the channel to understand the context of your request.

Can I generate images in a private DM?

Yes, you can use the /ask command in your DMs with the Automatio bot to create images privately. These requests use the credits associated with your personal Automatio account.

What happens if the server runs out of credits?

If the credits run out, the helper stops answering and sends a private notification to the server owner. It will not generate further images until more credits are available.
