Plans and credits
What is free, what the paid plans cost, and how a task is charged.
Plans
Basic is free, with 500 credits once, when your email is verified. An account that fails our abuse checks, or a mailbox that already had them, does not get them.
Expert is paid. Each size gives a set number of credits every month:

Paying yearly costs 10 months, so 2 months are free, and you get the same credits every month. Plan credits reset every month and do not carry over.

Credits from a pack never expire. An account with no plan may buy the smallest pack once. Every pack is open to an account with a plan.
How a task is charged
Each step the agent takes is charged the AI model's own price plus 20%, converted at 2,778 credits per dollar, plus a flat 6 credits. A long task on an expensive model costs far more than a short one on a cheap model, so the model you pick matters.
Most tools have a fixed price per use, and some bill what the provider charges plus the same markup. Browser and sandbox time is charged by the second. Images and video are charged at what the engine bills plus 20%.
Your balance is the Credits row at the bottom of the sidebar. The plan and the invoices are under Manage Billing: the account menu, item Manage Billing.
When credits run out
At zero credits a new message is refused, and the chat offers the top-up options. Work already running may go up to 250 credits below zero, and then it stops.
