Privacy
The practical points. The privacy policy is what counts.
The full text is the privacy policy. This page covers what people ask most.
Your chats
Chats are stored on our servers. Whatever you type into a chat, a password included, stays in its history until you delete the chat. Keys belong in Integrations in the sidebar, the "API Keys" tab: "Your API Keys" holds the keys a person saves (button "Add API Key"), and "Automatio API" makes keys for calling Automatio from their own code. No screen is called "Secrets", or in a project's environment variables.
Reporting a problem
A report shares what you wrote, a pointer to the conversation and message, details of the run, recent browser errors, and your browser and screen size. A screenshot or recording goes only if you attach it.
Keeping things out of memory
See Memory for turning memory off and hiding a chat from agents. Temporary chats are not remembered. See Chats.
Discord
/privacy in Discord stops the bot reading your messages in every server, apart from what you address to it: a mention, a reply to it, a direct message or a command. It can also delete the requests it kept from your messages, and turn reading back on.
Deleting your data
Deleting a chat deletes its messages. Deleting your account removes your conversations and files, except a file in a conversation someone else still has. See Your account. For anything else, write to support@automatio.ai.
