Automatio

Discord and Telegram

Your agent in your chat apps, and an AI helper for your Discord server.

Set these up in Integrations, the Apps tab, under Chat apps.

Your own agent in Discord

On the Discord tile press Set up (or Manage), open Use /ask in your own Discord, press Add /ask to my Discord and approve on Discord's screen. Then use /ask anywhere, or just type in your direct messages with the bot. Answers are private unless you share them.

In any server, /privacy stops the bot reading your messages. It still reads what you address to it: a mention, a reply to it, a direct message or a command.

A helper for your Discord server

This is a different thing: an AI assistant for your server's members, off until you turn it on, and running on your credits.

Press Add Automatio to a server. You need to own the server or have Manage Server. The helper answers when it is mentioned. In channels you choose it also answers questions put to the room, and it stays out of what people say to each other. Its replies are labelled as AI.

You run the server by asking your agent in chat: channels, roles, moderation. By default, creating something runs at once, your own ordinary edits run at once from your chat, and other changes wait for an Approve card. You can change how much waits, and changes to the helper's own settings always wait.

More is on the Discord page.

Telegram

Press Connect on the Telegram tile, and tap Start in Telegram. It works in private chats with the bot, not in groups. To disconnect, use Manage or send /disconnect to the bot.
